Deze veelzijdige halterset is perfect voor het trainen van de borstspieren, biceps, armen, triceps en rugspieren. Hij bevat twee schijven à 10 kg, vier schijven à 5 kg, vier schijven à 2 kg, vier schijven à 1,25 kg, een halterstang en twee dumbbell halters, en heeft een totaal gewicht van ca. 60 kg
Met deze set kan de gebruiker zelf kiezen hoeveel gewicht hij wil tillen voor verschillende oefeningen. De schijven zijn gemaakt van cement met een kunststof huls, ze kunnen makkelijk op de halter vergrendeld worden met de meegeleverde veersloten.
