How do I order online at Aashly?

Placing an order is simple!

  • Browse through our products and select the items you like.
  • Add them to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

How do I know if my order was successful?

If you have provided an email address with your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation with every order. You can also look in My accounts under "My orders".

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery on the shipping carrier's website.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we deliver to the Netherlands , Unfortunately, we don't ship to other countries at the moment.

At Aashly, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund and credit your account. Aashly is not liable for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item
