This antique-style bookcase is made of solid reclaimed wood sourced from the beams, floors, and joists of old demolished buildings. It can therefore consist of various types of wood, such as pine, teak, beech, oak, cedar, mango, and acacia. This means the reclaimed wood retains the characteristics of these different wood species. Reclaimed wood is already aged, weathered, and dried, so it doesn't shrink or bend. Every step of the process is carried out with the utmost care, from polishing and painting to lacquering. The craftsmanship and the distinctive wood grain make every piece of furniture unique and slightly different from the next. Furthermore, this shelving unit has one cabinet with two doors and six compartments, making it an ideal storage solution for your books, magazines, documents, and decorative items such as picture frames and collections. Assembly is easy.
